Reform Commission

Governor Patrick Quinn's Ethics Reform Commission held its last public hearing on April 24 in Carbondale before issuing its final report on how to clean up Illinois' culture of "pay to play" politics where high-rolling contributors often get the first crack at lucrative state contracts.
