The southern Illinois center for a sustainable future, has just the thing to help people learn about what powering electrical devices really means. The energy bike is a unique educational tool, because it turns muscle power into electrical power. By seeing how much “physical” energy it takes to generate power for common household items, a group of local Boy Scout will hopefully see the light and realize the importance of energy conservation.
