| 4 | cooked stalks of asparagus |
| 4 | medium button mushrooms |
| 1/2 | large onion |

| 1 tbsp. | butter |
| Sauce |

| 3 tbsp. | A-1 sauce |
| 2 tbsp. | catsup |
| Chives for garnish | |
Directions: Make hash by randomly dicing steak, potatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, and onion. In a small bowl, wisk together A-1 sauce and catsup to create a sauce. Fry an egg in butter (sunny side up). Should take about 2 minutes to cook at medium high heat. Serve hash on plate. Garnish with dollops of sauce around edges of plate and chives. Top with an egg. |
