Truffle Pasta
2 tbsp butter
1/2 clove Fresh Garlic, sliced thin
1 cup heavy cream
32 oz linguine pasta, cooked
1 small black truffle, thinly sliced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  splash of wine
  salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place butter in skillet to melt, don't let it get too hot.
  2. Add salt and pepper, wine and cream
  3. Add truffle slices, let reduce for a moment
  4. Add linguine, toss to coat.
  5. Add parsley for color.
  6. Place pasta in dish, garnish with additional truffle if desired.
  7. Pinot Noir is a great wine suggestion to bring out the flavor of the truffles.
