| Smoked Salmon Linguini |

smoked salmon, chopped (or use fish of choice) |

pasta (cooked linguini, fettuccini, or desired type) |

fresh dill (set aside some for garnish) |

Directions:
- Sauté onions with wine and butter.
- Squeeze juice from lemon; remove seeds if they fall into mixture.
- Add capers, then add a bit of the smoked salmon.
- Add cream and bring to a slight boil.
- Add salt and pepper. Be very generous with the pepper; it is essential to the dish.
- Add cooked pasta and remaining dill.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to help thicken sauce.
- Place on serving plates or bowls. Garnish with dill and lemon slices, if desired. Bon appétit!
