Crabb/Abbott Farm Trail Segment in Pope County, IL
The National Park Service recently designated a portion of the Joe and Ethel Crabb Farm as a Certified Trail Segment of the Trail of Tears National Historic Trail.
The Crabb family farm includes a classic bedrock ford of Sugar Creek, located in western Pope County, just south of Dixon Springs State Park.
